For those who're counting, that's 17 cafes total. >> Antiquated Sellwood Italian eatery Portofino (8075 SE 13th Ave., 234-8259) just got a pair of new owners, husband-and-wife duo Seth Matasar and Chantal Angot. No worries: Although the Italian bistro is gaining a new chef—Scott Bessner, who'll focus on (what else?) fresh, local ingredients—it's not losing its family identity.
