Skip to main contentIf you haven't heard Marc Maron's podcast, WTF, you might not be fully prepared to see him live. His acerbic wit and piercing honesty jolted the audience more than once. He's been performing for over 20-years, but recently found a larger audience through his podcast, developing his unique style of comedy as therapy (see this week's Hotseat). His slow build up to jokes made his control over the audience apparent. His topics ranged from visiting Portland, being Jewish, to thoughts about pets, porn and divorce. Everything stemming back to Maron's own battle with anger issues and drug recovery. Brilliantly delivered. With only two more shows tonight, Maron is known for surprising his guests with new material at every turn. As a true veteran of the stage, Marc Maron is good at what he does.
