Skip to main contentVolunteers and supporters of Planned Parenthood will rally tonight (Feb. 21), from 5 pm-6pm at the organization's Columbia/Willamette's Regional Center (3727 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.), to protest the U.S. House of Representatives vote last Friday that would prevent Planned Parenthood from receiving any federal funds.
Among the casualties of that vote would be federal funding for birth control, cancer screenings, HIV testing and the national family planning program, Title X.
Rev. Chuck Currie from the United Church of Christ and representatives from the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice will be be at tonight's rally. For more details check out, "I Stand With Planned Parenthood."
