With the release of WW's 2011 Restaurant Guide yesterday, I decided to venture into the our archives to see how the annual guide—and Portland's dining scene—has changed over the years.

Using a highly scientific method—the Wordle—we can see exactly what we've been eating over the years. Behold the rise of pork:
