Fred Meyer Brings the Cheese

The Burlingame Fred Meyer on Southwest Barbur Boulevard is finally reopening tomorrow after a long renovation, and it's celebrating with... live cheese sculpting.

According to a press release, the store has invited "cheese carver" Sarah Kaufman to sculpt 300 pounds of Wisconsin cheese into a "history of Fred Meyer's presence in the community."

This is by far the best thing we've seen all day:
