As a vegan, I feel I have ample room to consider what's fair —and unfair— criticism of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals' tactics to spotlight animal abuses and atrocities. Naked chicks wearing lettuce, for example: who can argue that doesn't give eating salad a whole new meaning?

But seriously, PETA, it's when you treat meat-eating adults like 8-year-olds, that they stop taking seriously your relevant messages.

Whether or not you agree with the method behind the madness, the website is worth a visit, if only to consider where your next meal may be coming from, and of course, to make your very own Sea Kitten.
