Novick backed by Big Booster?

Novick at 28th/Sandy

At this point in the political season, it's not unusual to see campaign signs making strange flower-bedfellows (such as the Obama-Ron Paul pairing I passed today). But a fortuitous placement of a public-service billboard at the corner of Northeast 28th Avenue and Sandy Boulevard makes us wonder if Steve Novick, the 4-foot-9-inch Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate, has the powerful booster-seat lobby in his corner.

On the east side of 28th, a big Novick sign (above) is fastened to the exterior of Hollywood Vintage...

...while on the west side of 28th, this billboard promoting booster seats looms over the parking lot of Enterprise car rental:

4-foot-9 = magic

4'9" Is The Magic Number!?
Wethinks Novick has a new campaign slogan.
