Want to do some crafting to celebrate your dead loved ones while eating Cajun tapas this Dia de los Muertos? Tapalaya (28 NE 28th Ave., 232-6652, tapalaya.com.) is here for you.

Tapalaya, a small-plates Vietnamese and Cajun-inspired restaurant, is celebrating Dia de los Muertos with a Voodoo Doll-making event on Monday, Nov. 2nd, from 4pm to 9:30pm. Diners can take turns at the Vodoo Doll-making station while enjoying some of Tapalaya's signature dishes like their jambalaya or crawfish étouffée. All of the crafts and supplies will be provided. You can take your doll home or add it to Tapalaya's Voodoo Doll wall.
