The Dutch Bros On Burnside Is Finally Opening

Its going to be a bike-thru.

After nearly three years of development and construction, the Dutch Bros on West Burnside will finally open this Sunday, Nov. 27—and it's going to be a bike-thru.

Thank god. Before, the closest place to get Dutch Bros was in the boondocks of Slabtown.

The Burnside Bros. will be the chain's first-ever bike-thru location. The location will also have a walk-in feature and patio.

"Portland's a bike city and we want to honor that, so we decided to go with the bike-thru," Dutch Bros. spokesperson tells WW. "It functions like traditional drive-thru and is meant to allow bikers to cruise on through."

All medium-sized drinks will be $1 on Sunday from 5 am to 11 pm. All proceeds will go to Fields for All, an organization that helps build youth soccer fields and courts.
