Open the near-hidden door located under a few apartments on the back side of the Mock's Crest Grocery building on Lombard and you will enter the tiny waiting room of Cured Green. Owner Geoffrey Grissett says that as of Oct. 1, he plans to serve recreational customers in this phone-booth sized space, though it's hard to imagine more than a few people cramming in safely. If you can get into the next room, you will find that compared to other dispensaries, the stock leaves something to be desired. Namely: options. For medical patients, on whom Grissett has focused the lion's share of the store's attention, there's a growing library of books on the medical uses of cannabis.
