Between now and then, weâre running video excerpts of that interview. In todayâs clip, Kulongoski talks about the war in Iraq, his attendance at the funerals of military men and women, and his visit to Iraq to sign a memorandum between the Iraqi government and Oregon State University on an engineering program.
It was one of the more emotional moments in the interview.
