In 2011, Humble set an Oregon production record that will probably never be beaten, selling a mere half-barrel for the entire year. Scott Davis and Chad Freitag's operation has grown comparatively massive since then, now making 1.5 barrels per week and sending kegs to Bailey's, the Beermongers and Chill N Fill. They favor making single-batch beers, like the imperial CDA they created for the Star Wars release or the saison brewed with berries and lemon balm tea to benefit the Forest Park Conservancy.
