PHOTOS: Portland’s 2nd Annual Mermaid Parade

You used to call me on my shell phone.

Last year, Una the mermaid became a local sensation, when she hung out at the Salmon Street Springs Fountain all day and sang songs from The Little Mermaid. This past Saturday, hundreds of mermaids took the streets for the second year in a row for the Portland Mermaid Parade, which included a mermaid beach swim and party at Poet's Beach.
