Prince Coffee is an extremely photogenic, Dutch-inspired coffee shop. WW named Prince Coffee one of its favorite new coffee shops the moment it opened in 2016—praising not only the cafe's Scandinavian minimalist aesthetic and selection of local roasters and gourmet ingredients, but its fresh-made stroopwafels. Beginning in June 2019, westsiders could enjoy the new Schoolhouse location in Northwest.
