Red Robe serves one of the finest traditional Chinese pots of tea on either side of the river. Find brews ranging from the nuanced Da Hong Pao to a smoky roasted Tie Guan Yin. If offered, graciously accept the gongfu tea ritual performed by owner Pearl Zhang, during which tea leaves are rinsed and intuitively steeped just enough to produce maximum flavor and zero bitterness.
