This Northwest Portland standby is a decidedly cheaper alternative to the bougier boutiques of Northwest 23rd. William Temple Thrift Store simply brims with secondhand treasures. Essentially, it's the Portland version of Goodwill, accepting donations of clothing, furniture and most other home goods. The main difference? All proceeds go toward supporting William Temple House's mental health counseling and social services.

NOW WW NEEDS YOU.
The need for strong, independent local journalism is more urgent than ever.
Our readers rely on our comprehensive news reporting. However, COVID-19
has eliminated most of the revenue that funds our work.
