Like many of the storefronts in St. Johns, the Twin Cinemas' charm lies in its resistance to change over the years. From the outside, it still looks like it did when it opened as the Venetian back in the 1920s. It's changed names, turned its balcony into a second theater and added adult beverages, but the historical ambience has stayed the same.
