Illinois governor and 2028 Democratic presidential hopeful JB Pritzker recently gave $100,000 to the reelection campaign of Gov. Tina Kotek.

The billionaire public official has been feeling generous lately, gifting $38 million to Democratic midterm bids around the country including longshots like Texas gubernatorial candidate Gina Hinojosa, to whom he’s donated $1.2 million. He raised money for Georgia gubernatorial candidate Keisha Lance Bottoms, Politico reported. And in August, Pritzker gave his own reelection campaign $65 million.

With Trump’s record-low approval ratings driving talk of a nationwide blue wave, in deep-blue Oregon Kotek remains locked neck-and-neck with her Republican challenger, state Sen. Christine Drazan (R-Canby).

Seeking a second term, Kotek has so far raised nearly $14.8 million to Drazan’s $13.4 million.
