With enchilada casserole ($9.95) and a tarted-up take on jalapeño poppers ($7.95) filling out the menu, Aqui isn't exactly Puebla-authentic. But the ingredients are fresh, the chips and salsa ($1.95) are housemade, and the grub is tasty in a cheesy, saucy, all-American kind of way. Plus, Aqui has things to offer that no taco truck—no matter how authentic—does: table service and a liquor license. Did we mention margaritas come by the pitcher ($22)? (ES)
