Le Happy

Though it may be tempting to question the authenticity of a crêperie that serves a bacon-and-cheddar-filled pancake with a PBR ($7.50), you shouldn't—there's enough chèvre and Nutella on the menu to prove this place est sérieux. (It is one of Chuck "Street Cred Is My Midde Name" Palahniuk's recommendations in Fugitives and Refugees, after all.) Despite the fact it sits directly under the I-405 overpass, Le Happy is quiet enough to make for a suitable date spot. Bonus: It's open till 2:30 am on Friday and Saturday. (KH)
