An urban winemaking collective, Bipartisan at Milepost 5 and more new places to eat and drink in Portland

The latest scoop on new places to eat and booze in Portland, via the week's OLCC license applications:

Four Portland "urban" wineries, Vincent Wine Company, Bow & Arrow, Helioterra Wines and Division Winemaking Company, are all moving into a single winemaking facility (ala Carlton Winemakers Studio), Southeast Wine Collective, at 2425 SE 35th Place. According to the presser, the space will feature a tasting bar with beer and food, an event space, and "ultra-urban" (huh?) wine production facilities.

Clay Pigeon Winery is looking to open a new winery and tasting room at 815 SE Oak St. It's raising money via Indigogo to help fund the effort.

Peter Emerson, the owner of Montavilla's Bipartisan Cafe, is taking over the restaurant/bar space (formerly called Eat. Art. Theater.) at nearby "community for creatives" Milepost 5. It will be called the 5 Mile Diner.

Local chain Joe's Burgers is opening a fourth location at PSU (540 SW College St.).

E-San Thai has opened another location, called Qube Noodle House, downtown at 116 SW Pine St., next to Qube Ultra Lounge. 

Newish brunch joint the Roadrunner Cafe, at 3570 SE Division St., has applied for a full liquor license.

And, finally, our very favourite strip club, the Pitiful Princess Gentlemen's Club, will now be simply the Pitiful Princess.
