State Rep. Will Seek to Replace Deborah Kafoury

State Rep. Jules Bailey (D-Portland) says he will run for County Commission seat one if the incumbent in that seat, Commissioner Deborah Kafoury, runs for county chair.

Bailey says his conversation with Kafoury today led him to believe she will seek to replace Jeff Cogen, who resigned last Friday.
