Downtown Portland’s holiday season is about to get a vibrant boost as the PDX Pop-Up Shops return for their 16th year, transforming empty storefronts into bustling retail destinations that celebrate local creativity and small businesses. Opening Thursday, Nov. 7, the PDX Pop-Up Shops program will feature a dynamic mix of Portland makers, artists, and retailers, offering everything from handcrafted jewelry and decadent desserts to analog photography experiences and immersive boutiques.
