Between its high standards for organic, local product and an onsite masseuse licensed in everything from Swedish to hot rock methods, Belmont Collective is not just a dispensary but a full-service wellness center. The wall decorations—black-and-white photographs of fishermen and lumberjacks enjoying the bountiful forests of yore—point to a decidedly nativist orientation, as does their motto of "From Portland for Portland." But Belmont's exacting standards also mean it has a fairly small stock of edibles, because few on the market meet its expectations for fresh, pure products. Eco Firma Farms and Never Winter NW are a couple of the farms that do meet its requirements for flower, and dabbers and vapers will be relieved to find the familiar consistency of Mad Farma and True North on the shelves.
