Primarily a butcher shop, the Mingala International Market in Beaverton is an expanded edition of the Southeast Portland shop of the same name. Mingala serves ingredients for Indian and East Asian cuisine, including frozen fish, dry goods, housewares, some produce, and rarer cuts of meat such as camel.
