Cylvia Hayes Shares 10 Rules For Reinventing Yourself on Huffington Post

As federal investigation drags on, former Oregon first lady is moving forward.

Former Oregon first lady Cylvia Hayes has kept a pretty low public profile since Feb. 18, 2015, the day her fiance, former Gov. John Kitzhaber, left office.

By all indications, Hayes and Kitzhaber remain under federal investigation for for the influence-peddling allegations that led to his resignation. Lately, Kitzhaber has agreed to some invitations to appear at public events.

Hayes has been doing some writing for a magazine in her hometown of Bend and on her blog. This week, The Huffington Post picked up her latest offering, "Ten Rules for Reinventing Yourself."

"Make no mistake, successful self-reinvention isn't for wimps!," Hayes writes. "But it is absolutely essential to living your fullest life. Here's to empowering your inner Phoenix Rising and becoming the next awesome version of YOU!"

The Huffington Post identifies Hayes as "Founder and CEO of 3EStrategies; former First Lady of Oregon." It offers no other context for the inspirational list.
