Willamette Week is in the middle of our most important annual fundraiser. As a local independent news outlet, we need your help.

Blooming Deals by Cannabis Nation

15915 NW Schendel Ave., Beaverton, 430-5909, leafly.com/dispensary-info/cannabis-nation.

Most dispensaries keep all the flower in big jars, opening each every time to let all the good smells out. Blooming Deals said enough of that noise and instead invested in small cubes with rubber caps covering groups of small holes. Each color-coded table of strains—sativa is red, indica blue, hybrid purple—is easily accessible to visitors who may be uncomfortable saying some strain names out loud. The shop's glass pipe selection is sparse but useful, and its 100 percent hand-trimmed and slow-cured flower is all owner-grown via local partnerships. Cards are accepted, albeit with a 2.75 percent credit and $3 ATM fee.
