Two years ago local couple Mike and Caryn Nelson opened Guilder to showcase their micro-roastery, Junior's Coffee. Now, the sleek, art-adorned space hosts everything from poetry slams to embroidery workshops, and serves inventive tweaks on Northern European cuisine. Enjoy a bright, light roast at one of the only places in town with cups brewed to order via AeroPress.
