Born of the creative duo Maya Vivas and Leila Haile, Ori aims to lift the voices and visions of trans and queer artists of color. A past exhibit titled Stratum featured work by tattooists of color, exploring the practice through the lens of race and gender in an industry dominated by misogyny, racism and colonization.
