Yes, this is a promo for Portland restaurant Bamboo Sushi (though the branding is admirably minimal). Yes, it's kinda preachy (although overfishing is a genuine Serious Issue). Yes, that guy sounds a lot like Don LaFontaine (it isn't). But it's also a neat little video, made entirely with handmade miniatures over the course of seven months.
