Sticks & Stones, the local accessory line that blends nature with modern design, hosts a grand opening at its first brick-and-mortar location. Housed in a 107-year-old building, Sticks & Stones offers a new line of jewelry along with special customization and a chance to browse other American-made products like clothing, accessories and home goods. Sip refreshments and enjoy DJ Chris Dubblife, photographs by Angela Dawn, and special performances by music artists Draze and Koncept. Invest in durable, local and striking pieces, all handcrafted here in Portland. Going forward, Sticks & Stones will host First Thursday events featuring local and national talent. 427 NW 6th Ave. 6-11 pm Friday, Jan. 30.
