This Chinese American cafe serves coffee, tea and a selection of eats that goes far beyond your typical coffeehouse pastries. The bubble teas and bubble waffles are clearly a big draw, but don't pass over Red Gate's take on a popular Chinese street food item, the bing ($7), a crepe made with scallions, sesame seeds and housemade bean sauce.
