Its owners lived next door to successive iterations of failing dives before taking it upon themselves to personalize the ramshackle roadhouse with punk shows, fresh Mexican, an appealing tap list, classic arcade games, and a bartop collage of '70s superhero comics that, taken together, endlessly reward thousand-yard stares.
