Cherries (we used Rainier, Skeena, and Lapin)

Brown sugar

Olive oil

Honey (from Oso Honey Farm)

Eggs

Almond extract

Baking soda

Flour

Glaze:

Powdered sugar (from India Tree)

Heavy cream

Honey

Almond extract

Cherries

Paired with a lush pinot noir (we used Antica Terra’s “Botanica”)
