3rd Annual 'Stache Bash Hits Holocene Tonight

Who knew facial hair could be so charitable? Or should we say humanit-hair-ian?

The culmination of a month's worth of mustache-growing by local participants, Portland's 3rd annual Mustaches for Kids 'Stache Bash is upon us this evening. That means a chance to come out and witness not only the honorable title of Sweetest 'Stache being bestowed upon some formidably follicled dude, but also a grand showcasing of Portland's best mustaches, and all for a good cause. The local Mustaches for Kids chapter has already raised nearly $2,000 for DonorsChoose.org, benefiting Oregon's underserved public schools, and all proceeds from tonight's event will be going there, too.

'Stache Bash takes place tonight at Holocene, 1001 SE Morrison Street, 239-7639. 8 pm Wednesday, Feb. 24. $5. 21+.
